Our rate watch program works in conjunction with the Interest Rate Reduction Loan Program (IRRL).  Since we receive real time/live FNMA bond quotes (this is what moves interest rates up and down) we are able to keep you informed on current interest rate movement.  This program has saved our clients thousands of dollars by helping them to be informed before the markets affect interest rates.
